With the ever increasing costs of groceries and incoming tariffs from our neighbours' we've been working on some amazing new recipes here at Chefs Course. Within our dedicated test kitchen, using local and affordable ingredients we are getting ready for our spring and summer private events.


There are so many great cuts of beef, lamb, chicken etc. that are half the price and just as good as that prized Tomahawk or Tenderloin. Keep an eye out for some great new shots and experiences. See something you like? Just ask! We strive to create new dishes, new experiences and new flavours.
