I have had the ability to take on some new projects within the scope of my experience over the last couple of weeks and wanted to share some exciting news with everyone!

Secondly...We had an amazing opportunity to work with Damo and his team. A local fitness icon in Vancouver British Columbia. These guys are no joke...Hard working, fun loving and know their stuff when it comes to health and fitness. You can check out their awesome and hilarious videos here you can also purchase their online cook book. A physical copy is in the works so keep an eye out! I was over there this week turning out some dishes for a photo shoot for the book!
Thirdly we have been hunted to do some consulting a really cool project coming to Nanaimo area! The growth that is happening here in our little slice of heaven is so great. Keep your eyes peeled because something new is brewing in Nanaimo!
To finish off such a great month....I had the privilege of meeting Mary Fox from Mary Fox Pottery, a world renowned artist who creates pieces most people can only dream of. We were fortunate enough to be in her home for a private event and I have never been in such AWE before when it comes to pottery. Her passion truly shines in every single piece!
